Woodland Hills | Marijuana honey oil explosion Possible Drug Lab on premises and an ongoing arson investigation with criminal intent is in discovery mode - LAFD Arson

A large fire gathered at the residence of Ahdi and Haleh  who also have two others occupying the home on N. Don Pio Drive in Woodland Hills, CA. Los Angeles Firefighters arrived to the house to find the east side of the 7,250 sq foot lot on fire.

More than 30 Firefighters and Battalion Chief Andrew Wordin leading his crew battled the blaze to get a knockdown time before it could damage anymore homes which were laying in it’s fiery path, said Fire Officials. 












The 911 emergency caller frantically repeated there was flames crawling up the back porch area and that the fire was too large to extinguish with just their garden hose.

They requested Firefighters to respond. The homeowner was reported to of exited the structure and there was no injuries reported. The next-door neighbors fought the fire as much as possible with their backyard garden hose water by spraying their dividing wooden fence that separated them from the property line.























The flames had climbed up into the attic and inside the walls of the single story 3 beds, 2 bath 1,520 sqft house that was built in 1961 according to the Los Angeles County Hall of Records of property ownerships in Woodland Hills. 

Marijuana honey oil explosion was what was talked about between the Firefighters on scene and the Battalion Chief had called in Los Angeles Fire Department investigators (ARSON Detectives) to handle the operation into the cause for the fire to be explained after their assumption was due to the fact that they allocated on the property a Marijuana honey oil lab, which is used in the growing and manufacturing of Marijuana.























If Los Angeles criminal Arson investigators decide that this was the cause into this fire, the owners will be held liable for all damages caused by this fire. This case was turned over to the LAFD as an open ongoing investigation and LAFD are working closely with LAPD and Los Angeles Arson detectives to solve this fire with the city of Los Angeles and find the cause to prevent it from happening again. 

Arson stated they have no further comments to the media.

Injured Motorist in a Motorcycle accident

The motorcycle accident colliding with a small red sedan at the intersection on Leadwell St and Winnetka Ave Sunday night at 7:51 pm had left the rider of the motorcycle, a male unknown information, age, identity, injured, Police said. 

The call for emergency was made by a cellphone caller. The Los Angeles Firefighters from E104 and Rescue Paramedics from LAFD RA72 on scene to assist in prepping the patient for transport to a local hospital.

As of Thursday September 21, 2017 Police have ruled that this is NOT a criminal investigation any longer. They said it was natural gas, or possibly had to do with the gas company. 

Multiple 911 phone calls to LAPD from neighbors who dialed 911 pleading for help. 
































"There was a big explosion across the street and people could be dead, help us"! 

The neighbors all pulled together to see if they could search for survivors. 
They went door to door on Sale Ave calling out to their neighbors, "Anyone home" hello?" Do you need help? 

It was a humane type of neighborhood and they really stuck it out for one another. One neighbor was telling news media she was all over the house that blew up. 

The minute it happened, it shook her in a fearsome way. She ran across the street in fear, towards what she might find. Hero in her heart, she was not being a hero, she was being a human.

Massive Explosion in West Hills blasting wood chips all over the block






































The blast occurred on the 7500 block of north sale avenue after 2:00pm Wednesday, Los Angeles Police arrived on scene to investigate to multiple 911 emergency calls for help through LAPD dispatch Topanga Police station summoned police officers to block the roads coming into the area. 




The next day, Thursday September 21, 2017 morning 10:00am the street out front was packed with news vans, trucks , the press and tv news camera live coverage rolling satellite to the Tv stations all over LA. Reporters were crawling the backyards gathering their news and recording briefs for live coverage as we gathered these images for our millions of viewer online.

Universal Sheraton room Fire

One worker was reportedly injured and he exited the room and was found by Firefighters in another space on the fire floor in critical condition .

The Los Angeles Firefighters found a male in critical condition in the room adjusting to where the fire started, laying on the floor unresponsive. 


While the lafd rescuers rushed the injured male worker to an awaiting ambulance down the 9 floors through the stairwell and transported him to the emergency room. The photos showing the firefighters reviving the man as he stopped breathing and had to be prepped for transport. The Firefighters got the man on basic life support systems and breathing properly and into a awaiting ambulance.

The room blaze was held in check by a fire sprinkler, on the 9th floor of a 26 story high rise Universal Sheraton hotel which is located at 333 Universal Hollywood Dr, Universal City, CA 91608

There was also one Firefighter injured and was said by authorities to be in serious but stabled condition. 






















The scene was catastrophic. Hollywood was shooting a motion picture on the North lot when the blaze in the room ignited . 


The front parking lot was full of production movie producers from a motion picture production company. They were said to be shooting a cover for a movie. They had nothing to do with the fire, they claimed.


Firefighters did not order evacuations at the hotel. Los Angeles Arson detectives from the LAPD and LAFD were on scene picking through the rubbish for clues on the 9th floor and decided not to allow the Tv News | paparazzi  inside to record or photograph any of the scene until at a later time. Baddboyfilms News was the only company Tv News stringer allowed past fire and police lines to gather the news for the local media Television stations as their Tv news vans lined the street below from Barham ave. at the 101 Hollywood Freeway. Baddboyfilms News released all hot tape to the Tv news at the bottom of that hill. 

The injured worker was reported to of worked for a company called Ornnell Fire Sprinkler Inc which is a Fire protection equipment supplier in Grand Terrace, California

Canoga Park structure fire on Deering st | Raw footage

Shotgun style residence structure fire

L.A. Firefighters from four companies battle a rubbish fire in a shotgun style residence on the 7100 block of Deering Ave. intersecting Gault St. in Canoga Pk. , Sunday evening.

Twenty-four Firefighters and two hook and ladders from two different city of LA Fire departments along with two Battalion Chiefs (BC's) who set up an incident command post on site, had the flames knocked down in a matter of 8 minutes upon arrival. 


L.A.F.D. Firefighters first to arrived on scene from 72's,  used efforts and skills they learned in Firefighter's training to battle this structure fire and get a handle on it within minutes before it could endanger the surrounding neighborhood which is loaded with blocks of apartment buildings, low income housing, large families raising school aged children.  


While the flames penetrated the roof, Firefighters ran into the burning building and called out for survivors and victims, searching for anyone needing help to escape this inferno space . All occupants had reportedly escaped the dangerous fire that burned some of the edges of the roof back porch shingles but left the structure livable and in-tact. The occupants were allowed by Firefighter to go back into it after the fire was out. 

 No injuries were reported and the cause of this fire is still under investigation by L.A. City Fire Officials. 


The residence is allocated on the 7100 block of Deering Ave. near the intersection of Gault Street which is just 1 block south of Sherman Way and east of the Metro Canoga Park bus depot at Sherman Way and Canoga Ave.

 The original 911 caller called from a private cellphone from the area of the 7100 block of Deering ave earlier tonight at 8:41 p.m. and Firefighters were dispatched through the 911 operator of Los Angeles emergency 911 system.
